Heres how it works for me:

Send me a request through a note or if you are on Gaia PM Kojiro Wateregurasu and then we'll chat through there till I've got what you want. I'll then start drawing and if you like I can e-mail progress previews. Once I'm finished I'll send one last preview and then wait till you send money to my Paypal. If you don't have Paypal I can send a money request through it which can be paid with a credit/debt card. With that done I'll e-mail you the finished product ready to print in any format desired.
